Please read and sign below to confirm your request.
1. Services. Shine Time Cleaning LLC ("Shine Time") will perform the cleaning service(s) selected in this estimate request, at the address and frequency provided by the client ("Client"). Exact pricing is confirmed after Shine Time has had the opportunity to view the home in person, per the estimate disclosures already provided.
2. Access & Scheduling. Client is responsible for ensuring Shine Time's team can access the home at the scheduled time. If the team arrives and is unable to gain access, a charge of 50% of the estimated cleaning cost will apply, as disclosed prior to this agreement.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee. If any area of the home is not cleaned to a reasonable standard, Shine Time will return to correct it at no additional cost, provided Client notifies Shine Time with a photo of the area in question within 24 hours of the completed cleaning.
4. Care of the Home. Shine Time's team will use reasonable care while working in Client's home. Shine Time is not responsible for the cleaning or condition of items not disclosed to us in advance, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of unusual or extraordinary value (e.g. fine art, irreplaceable heirlooms) unless specifically discussed beforehand.
5. Pets & Household Members. Client agrees to keep pets in a safe, separate location during the cleaning, and to keep the work area reasonably clear of guests, household members, and children while the team is working, for both safety and efficiency.
6. Cancellation. Client agrees to provide reasonable advance notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to the access/lockout policy above.
7. Payment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made directly with Shine Time in advance.
8. Agreement. By typing your name below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above, as well as the estimate disclosures shown earlier in this process. This serves as your electronic signature on this agreement.
